Throughout his journey, Cooper has gained extensive knowledge in networking, ISP (Inside Plant) operations, and the nuances of remote engineering work. His proactive approach to learning, characterized by his willingness to ask questions, has been pivotal. "Training was very helpful, but the dedicated group chats are most helpful," he shares, "Do not be afraid to ask a ton of questions," emphasizing the value of collaborative learning environments.
