Outsourced IT Support
Outsourced IT Support is the foundation for a relationship whereby Wicresoft take on the entirety of your IT Support and act to provide a core reactive and basic proactive IT service to you and your users. It is predominantly based on technology services being provided where organisations may not have the appropriate resources in-house. We aim to maintain the availability of your core IT infrastructure and subscriptions against an agreed service level agreement (SLA).
Augmented IT Support
Augmented IT Support is a collaborative engagement, where we work in partnership with nominated IT professionals in your business, offering services that complement those of your in-house team. Wicresoft can provide additional capacity, greater flexibility or additional knowledge, skills and experience when required.
A Managed Services partnership builds on the foundations of an IT Support relationship. The relationship is more comprehensive in nature and includes a greater breadth of services which add value to those organisations wishing to be more proactive.
